Your Wessler Construction Inspection staff is highly qualified and experienced. They are not only utilized during the construction phase to ensure the proper execution of the plans and specifications, they are also consulted during the design process in order to reduce any complications that could occur after construction begins. This in-house consultation process saves our valued clients time and money during the final stages of their project. Our staff also practices "value engineering" on-site to find more economical ways to complete the project, thus helping our clients get more for their money.
Not only does Wessler provide inspection during the construction phase in order to ensure the timely and proper execution of the contract, but we also conduct an eleven month Warranty Inspection (if applicable) to make certain that any issues are resolved prior to the Contractor’s warranty expires. This follow-up provides our clients with the confidence of knowing that they will not be forgotten, that they will be provided with a job well done, and will be able to take full advantage of the opportunity to have any last minute problems taken care of prior to the project reaching its final closeout.
